Different decontamination methods for agricultural machinery accessories

scale removal method

1 Remove scale. When removing the scale at the cast iron cylinder and other places, the hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 8%-10% and the joadine corrosion inhibitor solution equivalent to 3% of the hydrochloric acid can be heated to 50-60 ℃ and injected into the water jacket, soaked for 2-3 hours and then discharged, and then cleaned with an aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate, or injected into the water jacket with an aqueous solution of caustic soda with a concentration of 5% to neutralize the residual acid solution. Then rinse several times with clean water until it is clean

2. Use caustic soda solution to remove water and scale the average variable (required for safe assembly) with the lowest friction coefficient. When removing the scale with silicate as the main component, add 2% - 3% caustic soda aqueous solution into the cooling system, release it after 1-2 days of driving, and wash it with clean water. Repeat this once, and finally thoroughly clean the cooling system with clean water

oil stain removal method

1 Remove oil stains with alkaline solution. For the removal of animal and vegetable oils and mineral oils on the surface of parts, a solid re sprouting solution can be added with a small amount of emulsifier and cleaned after heating. If pressure injection is adopted, the effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated water to wash off the residual alkali solution on the surface of the parts

2. Remove oil stains with organic solvents. In order to prevent the corrosion of precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pump, fuel injector, etc.) by alkali solution, organic solvents (such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, etc.) can generally be used for cleaning

3. Remove oil stains with aluminum alloy cleaning fluid. Because the alkaline solution has a strong corrosive effect on aluminum alloy, and the cost of organic solvent is high, so when cleaning aluminum 1 and tensile strength alloy parts, aluminum alloy can be prepared to directly print A4 format report cleaning solution. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate, and the best effect can be obtained by heating to 60-70 ℃

carbon deposition removal method

1 Mechanical method. Use metal brushes, shovels and other tools to remove carbon deposits. However, this method is easy to scratch the surface of the parts, so the carbon deposit on the precision parts should be removed with a wooden or bamboo scraper, or it can be removed by rubbing back and forth on the cork board. After carbon deposits on parts are removed mechanically, they must be carefully cleaned with engine oil. This method is simple to operate, and its disadvantage is that it is difficult to connect the parts touched as shown in Figure 3, and it is not easy to clean them

2. Chemical method. Immerse the parts in the prepared chemical solution, wait for the carbon deposit to soften and loosen, then take out the parts, wipe them with a brush or cotton thread, and wash them with hot water
